What We Are Doing
At 7 Billion Reasons, we are convinced that God is calling us to do more than live comfortable suburban lives. He is calling us to be the hands and feet of Jesus to the weak and defenseless. Our desire is to be obedient to His call. 7 Billion Reasons is answering that call by establishing a Christian school of distinction and serving the community of Busia, Uganda.

Global Leadership School’s objective is to distinctly equip students to think critically, creatively, and Biblically through exceptional training in academics, technology, and leadership.
On February 8, 2016 Global Leadership School opened its doors with Middle class (4 years) and Top class (5 years). Since then, we have been blessed to be able to add one new grade per year and there are currently 225 total students enrolled in Middle class through P6 (grade 6).
In 2017, God provided the resources to add an Assembly Hall with a kitchen, additional office spaces, and two attached classrooms to the school campus. The hall is utilized by the school for dining and special functions, and is also utilized for pastoral training classes and other community education and service events.
Having exhausted all of our classroom space in the 2019 school year, we constructed an another classroom building with 4 classrooms as well as an additional bathroom facility to support school growth.
At Global Leadership School, we desire to provide an excellent academic education with a Biblical worldview. We are blessed to have a Godly indigenous staff whose desire is to teach each of the precious children entrusted to their care how special they are and how much Jesus loves them.

7 Billion Reasons works through our school and with the local churches to provide bibles, meet physical needs, and provide other services to those in desperate need in Busia.
